Pressotherapy uses a sequential air-pressure compression garment to stimulate the lymphatic system, boost circulation and drain excess fluid. It's a deeply relaxing treatment — clients often describe it as a full-body massage from the inside. Ideal for recovery, reducing puffiness or supporting a body-contouring programme.
How it works
A lightweight garment is placed over the legs, abdomen and arms. Chambers fill and release in a rhythmic sequence that mimics the natural pumping action of the lymphatic system, accelerating the removal of waste, toxins and excess fluid from the body.
Benefits
Reduces fluid retention and puffiness; improves circulation; supports recovery after intense exercise or body-contouring treatments; eases tired, heavy legs; promotes a sense of lightness and wellbeing.
