About us

"Sculpt by Sumera" refers to two businesses: Sculpt by Sumera (Glasgow) and Sculpt by Sumera Edinburgh Ltd (Edinburgh). Your treatment contract is with the business operating the clinic you attend.

Treatment descriptions are for general information. They are not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. Suitability for any treatment is confirmed at consultation. Some treatments have medical contraindications.

Prices

Prices shown are current at the time of publication. The price confirmed in the booking system or at consultation applies.

Deposits and consultations

A £25 deposit is taken at the time of booking and is deducted from your treatment price. Consultation fees are deducted from your treatment price.

Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are made through Treatwell (Glasgow) or Fresha (Edinburgh). Their booking terms apply.

Cancellation Policy

At Sculpt by Sumera, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the booking deposit being forfeited.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay the full treatment cost before making another booking.

Treatment Packages

For prepaid treatment packages, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance may result in that session being deducted from your package.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may mean your treatment time has to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. If there is insufficient time to safely carry out the treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. These will be considered at our discretion.

By booking an appointment with Sculpt by Sumera, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.

Intellectual property

Site content and images belong to the businesses named above or their licensors.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Scots law.
