This website is operated for two clinics trading as Sculpt by Sumera. The Glasgow clinic is operated by Sculpt by Sumera, 180 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 4RW. The Edinburgh clinic is operated by Sculpt by Sumera Edinburgh Ltd, 107 Hanover Street, Edinburgh EH2 1DJ. Each business is the data controller for its own clients. What we collect on this website

The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred clinic and message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry. The form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This uses cookies. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner. If you refuse, no analytics run.

Bookings

Bookings are handled by Treatwell (Glasgow) and Fresha (Edinburgh). When you book, their privacy policies apply.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiry emails are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact info@sculptbysumera.com. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
